Thanks to above-average results achieved in the analysis of human resource management, Business Intelligence has received its fourth Employer Partner certificate.
Over 50 percent of women in leadership positions
In the IT industry, there has been a long-standing struggle for gender equality in the workplace at all levels. While in most companies in Croatia the fight for equality is in its initial stages, at Business Intelligence, the leading Croatian company for the implementation of analytical systems and strategic ICT consulting, women make up over 50% of all employees, over 50% of women are in leadership positions, and all three members of the Management Board are women. These are excellent indicators of Business Intelligence’s investment in achieving full gender equality, as well as raising standards across the entire IT industry.
218 hours of training per employee
From the SELECTIO group, the largest consulting group in human resources that has been awarding the Employer Partner certificate for nearly 20 years, they particularly highlighted the planning, analysis, and adjustment of the compensation package for all positions within Business Intelligence. The package that all employees have includes flexible work arrangements, various initiatives for preserving mental and physical health, as well as initiatives to prevent burnout and better balance work and private life. Additionally, the investment in the training and development of all employees was praised. In 2022, 218 hours were spent on training per employee, which is well above average. It is especially commendable that all employees underwent additional training. Business Intelligence has devised several ways to recognize and reward employees, placing special emphasis on preserving their health and achieving satisfaction in all areas of business.
