A few days ago, Elon Musk decided to troll doctor and CEO of the non-profit organization XPRIZE, Peter Diamandis, who tweeted that “sugar is poison.” Musk responded that he eats a donut every day and is still alive, to which Diamandis clarified – “Okay, Elon, let me be more precise. Sugar is a slow poison.”
The tweet from the richest man in the world was seen over 11 million times, and besides obviously entertaining the audience and bringing Musk a sense of satisfaction (trolling is his favorite hobby), it revealed a new detail about his eating habits. Unlike the growing number of wealthy individuals who spend millions on a healthy life, Musk shared back in 2020 with Joe Rogan that he does not like healthy food, meaning he would rather eat tasty food and live shorter. And he is not the only public figure with interesting eating habits.
As reported by Business Insider, Republican Nancy Pelosi reportedly lives on ice cream, hot dogs, pasta, and chocolate, while former President Donald Trump loves fast food, claiming he knows the McDonald’s menu better than the employees of that chain. Jeff Bezos, on the other hand, loves octopus and eats it for breakfast, while Mark Zuckerberg shared with the audience that he prefers meat from animals he has killed himself. These celebrities provide a new perspective on the famous saying “you are what you eat.”
