Open Applications for the Best Student Projects Competition

The Croatian Agency for Small Business, Innovation and Investment (HAMAG-BICRO) has announced the Student Entrepreneurship Program aimed at encouraging students to develop their own entrepreneurial ideas and enhance their skills in managing and leading entrepreneurial ventures.

Through this program, students will have the opportunity to refine their entrepreneurial projects and present them at the final competition, where students can also win cash prizes for the top three places in the following amounts:

• 1st place: 3000 euros
• 2nd place: 2000 euros
• 3rd place: 1000 euros

Eligible applicants for this call are students in their last two years who are regularly or exceptionally attending one of the undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate studies at universities and other higher education institutions (polytechnics and colleges) in the Republic of Croatia.

The program provides students with a series of trainings on project management and leadership, as well as expert guidance from mentors from entrepreneurial support institutions, which will ultimately result in a greater dynamic of startup establishment.

Participation in the program is possible by applying to the public call, which will ultimately contribute to greater entrepreneurial activity in the Republic of Croatia, increased competitiveness in the labor market, and more stable growth and development of the overall economy.

Applications are accepted until March 31, 2023, at 23:59 via online form.
