The Bjelovar-based fitness equipment manufacturer Ferrodus continues its ambitious strengthening of its personnel structure. This small company has engaged the well-known financier Ivan Mihoković as its financial director, a former CEO of B2 Kapital, who has also held the position of head of finance at Splitska banka and several other reputable financial institutions. This economist, with extensive experience in finance, organization, digitalization, and restructuring, is responsible for the financial and organizational aspects of the entire company’s development at Ferrodus.
This is a logical step. The company’s founder Vladimir Presečki acquired a laser cutting machine last year, which he placed in a new facility rented in the former Fenor premises, located 15 kilometers away in Nova Rača. Thus, he transitioned from a manufacturing process where even the most sophisticated equipment was made by hand to industrial production. It was no longer sufficient to run the business as a one man show. Presečki needed people to take care of production and sales.
Therefore, last year he hired Alen Đipalo, a designer and technologist with many years of experience, as the production director, and Jelena Jakšić, a manager with over 15 years of experience in sales management, promotion, and marketing in large markets in Europe, Southeast Asia, and Oceania in B2B and B2C companies, as the sales and marketing director.
