The former procurator of the Zadar company TANKERSKA NEXT GENERATION Marko Znaor has taken over the position of the sole member of the Management Board instead of John Karavanić, while Mila Pedišić has assumed the role of procurator in the company. Karavanić started working in the TANKERSKA PLOVIDBA system immediately after university, where he spent 30 years, and he has been at the helm of TNG since the company’s founding in 2014.

The former deputy chair of the Supervisory Board of DRVOPROIZVODA from Jastrebarsko Tanja Kragulj Mežnarić has become the new chair of the Supervisory Board instead of Rene Budića, who is a 25% owner of the company. Stjepan Leščić has taken over the role of deputy chair of the Supervisory Board, and Nives Ernoić has become a new member of the Supervisory Board.
