Companies and Careers: New Change in the Management of INA Confirmed, Blažičko Withdraws from the Management of VOX-Football

The previous decision has been confirmed in the Court Register that Zsombor Ádám Marton has taken the position of member of the Management Board of INA instead of Berislav Gaša, who resigned two months ago and moved to the Austrian OMV as a new member of the Executive Board responsible for the energy segment.

Co-owner and former president of the Management Board of VOX-FOOTBALL Ivan Blažičko has withdrawn to the position of procurator, while Lidija Blažičko and Nenad Petrić have taken on the roles of directors.

Tedo Djekanović has become the new deputy president of the Supervisory Board of TRIGLAV INSURANCE instead of Tomaž Žust.

Ivan Klapan has become the new president of the Supervisory Board of the company NOVI FEROMONT from Donji Kraljevac instead of Marijan Brkić, and Vesna Pavlićević is the new member of the Supervisory Board instead of Đuro Horvat.

The company FAST PROCESSING BRMA has changed its name to IT PROCES after Ivica Flajšek took ownership from the Austrian FAST PROCESSING GMBH and the role of director instead of Norbert Thumfart and Martin Murušić. This company was founded in 2014 under the name RK INVEST, according to its founder Robert Kralj.

Thierry Denis René Parizot has become a new member of the Supervisory Board of the companies BINA – ISTRA and BINA – ISTRA MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE from Lupoglav instead of Charles Andrea Gilbert Paradis.

Jelka Budimić has taken ownership of the company ROTOKOR from Rakovica from Miroslav Budimić and Mirela Mustapić. Miroslav Budimić has also withdrawn from the position of the company’s procurator.
