Moslavina Fruit Has Not Changed Physical Owners, Only Reorganization with Entry into Enna Fruit

Enna Fruit has taken ownership of the company Moslavina Fruit from the company Joqa, as reported by Lider, but practically there has been no change in ownership when it comes to physical persons.

Namely, the owners of the company Joqa, which transferred the company Moslavina Fruit, are Josip Jurčević, Pavo Vujnovac, and Damir Spudić, who are also the owners of the company Enna Fruit that has taken over Moslavina Fruit. We were interested in the reason for such a restructuring, and the company Enna Fruit told us that it is an internal reorganization, explaining the reason for their decision:

– Enna Fruit must ensure over 13 thousand tons of apples annually for its customers. Moslavina Fruit is one of the largest apple producers in Croatia, where currently 160 hectares are under full production of various varieties: gala, golden delicious, red delicious, fuji, breaburn, jonagold. The total arable area covers 280 hectares – responded from Enna Fruit, adding that Moslavina Fruit plans to continue investing in production with the aim of increasing the quantity and quality of the orchards.

Moslavina Fruit has changed several owners in recent years. It joined the Belje group in 2014, and in 2015, Fragaria joined as a co-owner. These two companies transferred their shares to the Fortenova group and QMV owned by Quaestus Private Equity (then owned by Borislav Škegra) in 2019.

From them, in 2021, ownership of Moslavina Fruit was taken over by Erdal Trading LTD based in Malta (owned by Vujnovac), the following year by the mentioned Joqa (owners Jurčević, Vujnovac, and Spudić), and finally now by Enna Fruit.
