The streaming platform Netflix has released the first official trailer for the documentary Money Shot: The Pornhub Story, which will be available for viewing starting March 15, reports HypeBeast. The platform has high hopes for the viewership of the story about one of today’s most controversial media platforms, a breeding ground for free pornographic films, as well as serious scandals.
As shown in the trailer, viewers will ‘dive into the successes and scandals of Pornhub’ through interviews with sex workers, activists, and former employees, and learn how an ordinary porn site fundamentally changed the adult entertainment industry.

Additionally, the documentary will explore the lesser-known side of the industry, analyzing serious allegations of sex trafficking and the publication of material for which the owners, primarily the ‘protagonists’ of erotic and pornographic content, did not give consent. To recall, due to these allegations, Feras Antun and David Tassillo resigned last year from their positions as executive and chief operating officers, respectively.
The company MindGeek has since changed its publishing rules on the platform, prohibiting the free uploading of videos, banning content downloads, and allegedly removing all controversial content from Pornhub.
In addition to being the leading global pornographic ‘site’, MindGeek also owns RedTube, YouPorn, XTube, and several other pornographic brand names, with its majority owner being the mysterious billionaire Bernard Bergemar.
However, despite the scandals, Pornhub’s value is estimated at $1.5 billion, with over 110 million visitors daily.
