Kraš Group’s Growth Continued in 2022

Kraš Group achieved a net profit of 44.9 million kuna in 2022, which is an increase of 14.8 million kuna or 49 percent compared to the previous year, Kraš reported.

Kraš Group confirmed continuous growth despite the challenges that marked the entire past year, as stated in the press release.

Consolidated total revenues amount to 1.19 billion kuna, which is an increase of 106.8 million kuna or 9.8 percent compared to the previous year. Expenses also increased, amounting to 1.1 billion kuna in 2022, which is 8.7 percent higher.

Profit before tax amounts to 54.4 million kuna, which is an increase of 16 million kuna or 41.6 percent, while EBITDA reached 138.5 million kuna, an increase of 21.9 million kuna or 18.8 percent, with an EBITDA margin of 11.71 percent, up by 0.9 percentage points.

Sales revenue in 2022 amounted to 1.1 billion kuna, other operating income was 42.68 million kuna, and financial income was 9.7 million kuna.

– Although the situation in the global market brought numerous difficulties for business, reflected in a significant increase in input costs, especially raw material prices, energy, and supplies, followed by rising inflation and reduced consumer purchasing power, Kraš Group achieved better sales results in the domestic and most export markets – the statement said.

In the domestic market, Kraš Group achieved sales revenue of 630.28 million kuna, which is an increase of 9.9 percent. Abroad, sales revenue amounted to 498.34 million kuna, or 6.7 percent higher than the previous year.

The total sales volume is 36,415 tons, which is 502 tons or 1.4 percent lower compared to 2021. In the domestic market, the quantity sold decreased by 1.9 percent, while in export markets, the quantity sold decreased by 4 percent.
