Companies and Careers: Change at the Helm of Šurjak’s OMS – Čović Leaves Stock After 14 Years…

Nedžad Lišinović has become the new director of OMS – MANAGEMENT, replacing Krunoslava Maršića, who took over the position last year. The company is owned by Goran Husić and Josip Šurjak, who was arrested at the end of August as part of an investigation into fraud involving INA’s gas worth one billion kuna. Šurjak was the president of the Croatian Bar Association until his arrest.

Damir Judnić has become the new director of the alcoholic beverage distributor STOCKA, replacing Dario Čović, who has been with the company since 2009 and has led it for the last 12 years.

Danica Vojinović-Topalović has become a new member of the Supervisory Board of INOVINA, replacing Mihaela-Claudia Dumitrescu.
