The construction company Tehnika has reinstated the management board as the governing body instead of the director’s position, and the former director Bojan Horvačić has been appointed as the president of the management board. This was decided at the meeting of the Supervisory Board held on February 27, and Horvačić’s term ends on September 10, 2024, five years after he was appointed as a member of the management board.
Namely, Horvačić was appointed as a member of the management board of Tehnika at the time (September 10, 2019) when the Supervisory Board decided to abolish the position of the chief director previously held by Zlatko Sirovec. With the introduction of the management board as the governing body, Sirovec was then appointed as president.
However, on April 11 last year, Sirovec resigned for health reasons, and it was decided at Tehnika to reinstate the director’s position to which Horvačić was appointed. At the end of October, Mario Rendulić joined Horvačić as a procurator, who remained in that position even after the latest changes, as indicated by the last decision of the Supervisory Board from February 27, in which Rendulić is not mentioned, so we assume that his status remains the same.
