Mplus, a global company headquartered in Zagreb, has opened a new contact center in Osijek, its second such location in Croatia and the 48th location worldwide. As stated in the press release, this provider of BPTO services (Business Process and Technology Outsourcing) continues to expand its operations in Croatia, from where it provides customer experience services to leading global companies.
With this business move, Mplus claims to contribute to the economic development of the Osijek-Baranja County and the entire eastern Croatia, creating 200 new jobs.
– The decision to open a branch in Osijek was a logical step following Mplus’s development strategy. We recognized significant potential in the Osijek-Baranja County in terms of quality and educated workforce, especially young people seeking their place in the labor market. Osijek was therefore chosen as our new multilingual center, where we plan to open 200 new jobs. Thus, as a company whose main strength is its people, we have opened our doors to all those who wish to develop, gain experience working in an inspiring international environment, and learn and grow with us. The new branch, covering 1000 square meters of office space, is located in the center of Osijek and is well connected to the rest of the city. As part of the opening of the new location, the company is organizing Open Days at the Educational – Informational and Tourist Center for Youth Stara pekara.
