The Electric Vehicle Fair Season Begins, Along with Test Drives of Tesla 3 and Y

Electric EVolution Festival, an electric vehicle fair that has been establishing itself in the Croatian market for several years, will soon be held for the second consecutive year in Split, from March 3 to 5 at City Center one.

At the Festival, all relevant automotive brands and representatives will gather to present the latest innovations and current offerings of electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles to the Split audience. Specifically, more than 15 automotive brands will be showcased, including Tesla, Volvo, Porsche, Audi, VW, Škoda, Cupra, Hyundai, Ford, MG, DFSK, Peugeot, Renault, Dacia, Opel, and others.

As announced by the organizers, visitors will have the opportunity to take test drives of the Tesla 3 and Y models on-site, with similar opportunities announced by other electric vehicle brands.

-We are pleased that this year we expect a multitude of interesting and attractive models in the electric vehicle segment, including several premieres, as well as announcements of their co-financing by the Environmental Protection and Energy Efficiency Fund. The electric vehicle market in Croatia is constantly growing, approximately 150 percent annually, which is a clear indicator that there will be no shortage of interest and audience at this event, as well as at the upcoming editions of EEF in Rijeka and Zagreb,” said festival organizer Hrvoje Jelinić, adding that the EVolution festival in Rijeka will be held in April, and in Zagreb during May.

As part of the three-day event in Split, a professional B2B conference Electric EVolution FORUM is also organized, which involves educating the public about electromobility and its daily implementation.

-Often, a certain degree of distrust accompanies the concept of electromobility, which is an expected reaction during any major change (like this one). Our mission is to educate the public about the advantages of transitioning to alternative forms of mobility through expert and educational gatherings and to dispel myths with concrete examples from practice, emphasizing projects that have been successfully implemented and/or will be launched in the near future,” said Ivan Reis, organizer of EEF and EEFORUM.

Thus, on Friday, March 3, starting at 10 AM in the Cineplexx cinema (City Center one), speakers from various fields related to the topic of electromobility will address the public – Mario Lukačević/Siemens Croatia, Goran Batinić/RaST, Martin Bućan/SD County, Vedran Kirinčić/RiTeh, Tin Koren/Strujni krug Association, Predrag Čudina/Classis d.o.o., and others.

Entry to the event is free.
