Tomislav Vuletić has been appointed as the new CEO of KEINDL SPORT, replacing founder Kristijan Keindl, who launched the largest distribution and retail chain for bicycles and equipment in the region. Two years ago, his company KEINDL SPORT TRGOVINA was taken over by PROVECTUS CAPITAL PARTNERS (PCP) and was shut down, with operations continuing through the newly established KEINDL SPORT, in which Keindl is a minority owner. Vuletić joined KEINDL SPORT with 17 years of work and management experience from KIKE, VALAMAR RIVIJERA, and POLEO SPORT.

Bogdan Mulec is the new director of CCC CROATIA, replacing Gerald Hans Zimmermann, who had been at the helm of the Croatian division of the large Polish footwear retailer for the past ten years.

A shortened bankruptcy procedure has been conducted over the company OPREMANJE PLOVNIH OBJEKATA due to a total debt of 848 thousand kuna. The company was owned by Debeljak’s BRODOGRAĐEVNA INDUSTRIJA SPLIT, which had its proposal for initiating pre-bankruptcy proceedings rejected in January.
