ALCA ZAGREB, owned by Michael Roland Markota, has transferred part of its assets to the already existing company of the same owner ALNEK, and it has not ceased operations.

The Commercial Register has confirmed that the companies KONAČAN ODGOVOR 42 and MYTY GROUP have acquired ownership of the communication agency 404 from Nikola Vrdoljak, Martina Pintarić, Amela Pašalić, Fran Mubrin and Marko Beljan. Martina Pintarić has joined Nikola Vrdoljak in the director position. Additionally, KONAČAN ODGOVOR 42 and MYTY GROUP have also acquired ownership of the company SHAPE 404, and Nikola Kovač and Nikola Vrdoljak have been appointed as new directors. The company KONAČAN ODGOVOR 42 was established two and a half months ago by Zoran Šteković, Nikola Vrdoljak, and the Zagreb-based MYTY GROUP, which is owned by the eponymous Swiss-German group.

Sandra Vrabec has become a new member of the Management Board of UNIQA OSIGURANJA instead of Luka Matošić.

A division procedure with acquisition has been determined, involving the simultaneous transfer of multiple parts of the assets, retained earnings, and obligations of the company STRAHINJČICA to the company MILUBAN.

Flavio Perini has been appointed as the director of SPORTINA instead of Isak Nuhić.

Marco Cecchella has become the president of the Management Board of INTESA SANPAOLO INTERNATIONAL VALUE SERVICES instead of Gabriele Pace.
