Who will be the Manager of the Year 2022 according to HUM – CROMA?

This year, under the high patronage of the President of the Republic of Croatia, Zoran Milanović, The Croatian Association of Managers and Entrepreneurs – CROMA will award prizes to the most successful managers for the past year.

The Croatian Association of Managers and Entrepreneurs CROMA has been awarding equal prizes to the most successful managers and entrepreneurs in the categories of large, medium, small, public, and foreign companies, as well as awards for the most successful project manager, young manager, exemplary corporate governance system and CSR, positive social impact, and lifetime achievement since 1992. The awards are given to managers and entrepreneurs who, through their behavior, professional, ethical, and responsible business practices, demonstrate the qualities of leaders and deserve to be highlighted as examples in society.

Starting this year, HUM – CROMA will also award the ‘Tihomir Premužak’  award for positive social impact in memory of the exceptional engagement and contribution that Tihomir has made to the entire economic and social community.

The expert jury, consisting of last year’s award winners; representative of the Croatian Business Council for Sustainable Development, Dr. sc. Mirjana Matešić, media representative Miodrag Šajatović, representatives of the academic community; Prof. Dr. sc. Stjepan Orešković, Prof. Dr. sc. Mislav Ante Omazić, and Dr. sc. Mladen Vedriš, as well as members of the Executive Board of HUM – CROMA; Ana Soldo, Jasminka Horvat Martinović, Igor Benaković, Petar Šimić, and Zoran Uranjek, have an exceptionally difficult task of selecting the best among an impressive number of nominated candidates who, despite a very challenging year for managers and entrepreneurs marked by armed conflicts in Ukraine, high energy prices, and supply chain crises, achieved excellent results.

The awards for the best managers and entrepreneurs will be presented on Thursday, February 16, 2023, at the Westin Hotel, starting at 6:30 PM.
