The new President of the Management Board of Đuro Đaković Group is Marko Ćosić, who has been appointed for a term until September 15, 2024. As stated in the announcement on the Zagreb Stock Exchange, Ćosić was appointed today at the meeting of the Supervisory Board (SB) of the company.
He replaced the previous President of the Management Board Hrvoje Kekez who became a member of the Management Board in the current term, while the other member of the Management Board, Pavel Maroušek, had his term extended until September 15, 2024.
From today, the Management Board of the Company consists of Marko Ćosić as President and Pavel Maroušek and Hrvoje Kekez as members of the Management Board, it is stated.
Also, at today’s SB meeting, Martin Kamarád was elected as the new President of the SB, while Adam Šotek was elected as the Deputy.
