Gordan Miler has been appointed as the new executive director of ŠKOLSKE KNJIGE.

The founder of the furniture manufacturer PROSTORIA from Sveti Križ Začretje Tomislav Knezović has returned after a year to head the company and has taken over the director position from the Management Board, which included Mirjana Vidaković Orečić (Chairwoman of the Management Board), Martina Kobilar Kantoci, and Helena Popović Petrušić.

Antonio Bebek has become a new member of the Supervisory Board of TECHNICAL SERVICES OF RAILWAY VEHICLES.

Mark Kovačić has been appointed as the new deputy chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Rijeka COMMUNAL COMPANY WATER SUPPLY AND SEWERAGE, replacing Robert Maršanić.

Slaven Stojić and Igor Smola have taken ownership of the company FILIA USLUGE from the companies VIRTUOZ USLUGE and AVENIJA. Additionally, VIRTUOZ USLUGE has also exited co-ownership in the company LOCUS PROJEKT, where Stojić and Smola remain co-owners.

Tomislav Kadić has left co-ownership in the company MONS MULTIFIDUS after three years.

Ivan Crnčić, Božo Kolar and Vesna Klak have exited the ownership structure of ČAZMATRANS – NOVE. The company now has a total of 416 co-owners.

Ivana Franjić has withdrawn from the ownership structure of the company ISTRAŽIVAČ.

KONČAR – APARATI I POSTROJENJA has become the sole shareholder of KONČAR – ELEKTRIČNIH UREĐAJA instead of the company NAMMA INTERNATIONAL FOR MARINE SERVICES COMPANY LIMITED from Saudi Arabia. Furthermore, Željko Bago has become the new chairman of the Supervisory Board of the company, replacing Mladen Predovan, Tvrtko Ćorić his new deputy instead of Salaha Samia Alsunaida, and Iva Bobinac has become a new member of the Supervisory Board instead of Abdullaha Rajeha M Al-Shahranija.
