State Bureau of Statistics: Year-on-year growth of industrial turnover 16.4 percent

Total industrial turnover in November 2021 increased by 16.4 percent compared to November 2020, while on a monthly basis, it decreased by 3.5 percent compared to October, according to data from the State Bureau of Statistics (DZS). The total calendar-adjusted industrial turnover in November last year compared to the same month in 2021 increased by 16.9 percent in the domestic market and by 15.7 percent in the non-domestic market.

Compared to October, in November, this turnover in the domestic market fell by 3.4 percent, and in the non-domestic market by 0.9 percent.

According to the main industrial groupings, in November compared to November 2021, energy sales increased by 34.5 percent, non-durable consumer goods by 23 percent, intermediate goods by 15.6 percent, durable consumer goods by 8.9 percent, and capital goods by 4.4 percent.

On an annual basis, industrial turnover has been growing since the beginning of 2021, except in February when it fell by 7.7 percent.

On a monthly basis, by industrial groupings in November last year compared to October, total energy sales decreased by 33.7 percent, capital goods by 8.6 percent, and intermediate goods by 4.5 percent.

At the same time, total sales of non-durable consumer goods increased by 6.3 percent and durable consumer goods by 1.6 percent.
