KentBank has opened a new branch in Zagreb at Radnička cesta 48, covering an area of 100 m2, in accordance with the new visual identity and new interior design concept. In the new branch, clients can now address their financial needs more effectively, conduct transactions, and receive advice. The branch’s working hours for clients are from Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

The new branch design aligns with the bank’s new visual identity and reflects the bank’s strong focus on individual approach and top-notch service. KentBank’s new branding won the Red Dot award last year in the ‘brand and communication design’ category. This is one of the most prestigious global awards in the field of design. The bank collaborated with the creative agency Bruketa&Žinić&Gray on the development of the new visual identity, while the agency for design, product design, and architecture Brigada conceptualized the new branch layout. The visual identity of KentBank is based on the hexagon symbol, which is a universal symbol of coherence and connectivity. And it is precisely the connection with clients that forms the foundation upon which KentBank builds its business.

– KentBank continues to develop as the first true bank with a personalized and ‘tailor-made’ approach to the services we offer our clients, whether for business or personal needs. We are developing advanced digital tools and communication channels, but alongside them, we continue to nurture and advocate for personal contact and direct communication with clients. That is why every banker is a personal banker, and the new branch design allows us to develop relationships with our clients that are tailored to them and their needs – commented KentBank’s Management Board member Aleksandra Cvetković.
