Hrvoje Bošnjak has replaced Tihomir Adam as the chairman of the Supervisory Board of VINKE PLUS from Vinkovci.
The Italian Group DEIMOS acquired PALCO AND NUTRIFIT HOLDING at the end of last year, which this year took ownership of Zagreb’s NUTRIFIT from its founder Luka Marjanović. The Italian group, which is one of the leading distributors in Italy in the food, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical industries, has acquired NUTRIFIT and the company PALCO, which are leading distributors for the local food and beverage industry. DEIMOS has recorded growth in recent years and has several acquisitions behind it, and this is its first outside Italy, marking the beginning of building an international presence. Marjanović remains at the helm of NUTRIFIT as director, while Tena Car Marjanović has withdrawn from her position as procurator. Hans Udo Wenzel has been appointed chairman of the newly established Supervisory Board of the company, while Edgar Claudio Wenzel and Riccardo (GROSS) Gross are members of the Supervisory Board.
