Through innovative and well-connected HR practices, Procter & Gamble has met the new criteria set by independent HR experts who make up the Employer Partner certification team. P&G has been recognized for excellence in human resource management since 2014, and this year it achieved exceptional results in the areas of recruitment, retention, and employee rewards.
P&G boasts an HR department that supports a developmental culture and personal development responsibility in various ways. With a fully digitized onboarding process that can be conducted via the P&G Learn platform, new employees quickly and easily become part of the organizational culture. Various training programs, internal academies, and coaching are conducted for existing employees to develop and enhance their work competencies.
In order to promote excellent human resource management and in response to changes and challenges in an increasingly demanding HR world, experts from SELECTIO Group, the largest human resources consulting group, have tightened the criteria for achieving the Employer Partner certification, making this year the most challenging year for all certificate holders.
The Employer Partner certification methodology was designed in 2005 and has been continuously revised since then. This year’s revision involved more than fifty top HR experts, and the standards were defined based on the best global HR practices.
The Employer Partner certification team observed the HR system through the employee lifecycle, which tracks the employee experience through seven key stages: attraction and recruitment, onboarding and employee development, employee engagement and satisfaction, transformation and development, retention and rewards, and offboarding and employee return. This evaluation for the first time equally considers two perspectives – the employer’s perspective and the employee’s perspective.
