Jason James Stuart Smith has become the new director of BRUKETA&ŽINIĆ&GREY, while Matija Mandić and Ian David Wood have left their director positions.

Robert Škeljo has joined the Slovenian company BIG BANG in the ownership structure of SANCTA DOMENICA. Škeljo became a member of the Management Board after the Slovenian takeover.

Bankruptcy proceedings have been opened against the company MARINA PETROL owned by Arsena Marina, and Ivanka Bosotina has been appointed as the bankruptcy administrator. The proceedings were initiated at the proposal of FINA as the company has no assets other than receivables amounting to 1.14 million kuna based on loans given and 200 thousand kuna based on unpaid goods sold. The reporting hearing is scheduled for March 29.
