New collective agreements of the Ina Group companies – net earnings increase by 11 to 16 percent

The management of Ina has made a decision regarding new collective agreements for nine companies of the Ina Group in Croatia, which will increase the net earnings of employees by 11 to 16 percent, depending on the company, and which employees will see reflected in their January pay this year, Ina reported on Tuesday.

– Negotiations regarding amendments to collective agreements with social partners in the Ina Group have been successfully completed – the statement reads.

As emphasized, the management of Ina has made a decision regarding new collective agreements for nine companies of the Ina Group in Croatia – Ina, STSI, Ina Maziva, Plavi tim, Crosco, Top računovodstvo servisi, Ina Maloprodajni servisi, Ina Vatrogasni servisi, Hostin – ‘which will increase the net earnings of employees of the mentioned companies by 11 to 16 percent, depending on the company’.

The President of the Management Board of Ina Péter Ratatics emphasizes in the statement that the goal of these changes is to ensure the competitiveness of Ina in the labor market.

– We are aware of the consequences that global economic trends and inflationary pressures have on the earnings of our employees and we want to increase their sense of security in a rapidly changing environment. Our goal with these changes is to ensure the competitiveness of Ina in the labor market by successfully retaining talent and attracting new ones more effectively – stated Ratatics.

The implementation of the new collective agreements in the Ina Group, as stated, will come into effect earlier than usual, starting from January 1, 2023, six to nine months after the last amendments, depending on the company in question.

Employees will see the results of these changes reflected in their January 2023 pay, concludes the statement from Ina.
