With the first day of 2023 and the opening of a new financial period, Saponia has successfully implemented the new ERP business system SAP S/4 HANA and commenced operations in SAP. The implementation process, carried out in Saponia with the company mStart plus, Hrvatski Telekom, and Combis, began in early 2021, but due to the transition to the euro, the start of application was agreed for 01.01.2023.
– Thanks to the excellent cooperation between Saponia and the team from mStart and HT Group, the project was completed on schedule, and transactions were successfully confirmed within the system – emphasized the CEO of Saponia Dajana Mrčela, highlighting that the new ERP business system is a significant step for Saponia in the digitalization process, and with its implementation, one of the company’s most important goals for continued successful operations has been achieved.
The SAP system has replaced the previously internally developed information system for monitoring business functions with an integrated, more efficient platform that covers all aspects of business operations. The new solution is expected to accelerate processes, achieve significant savings in Saponia’s operations, enable a high level of flexibility, and simplify and automate numerous processes to respond to the demands of users and partners as quickly as possible.
