The most demanding year for certificate holders

In order to promote excellent human resource management and in response to changes and challenges in an increasingly demanding HR world, experts from the SELECTIO Group, the largest consulting group in human resources, have tightened the criteria for achieving the Employer Partner certificate, making this year the most demanding year for all certificate holders.

The methodology for the Employer Partner certificate was designed in 2005 and has been continuously revised since then. This year’s revision included more than fifty top HR experts, and the standards were defined based on the best global HR practices.

The Employer Partner certification team observed the HR system through the employee lifecycle, tracking the employee experience through seven key stages: attraction and recruitment, onboarding and employee development, employee engagement and satisfaction, transformation and development, retention and rewards, and offboarding and employee return. This evaluation for the first time equally considers two perspectives – the employer’s perspective and the employee’s perspective.

Today, the Employer Partner certification has been implemented in over two hundred organizations from more than ten countries, and interestingly, some organizations have included the certificate as a key indicator of HR department performance, making it much more than just an acknowledgment.
