Tomorrow the 6th Lider HR Conference is Held

Times have always been tough, but we have probably never faced so many economic (and other) challenges in such a ‘short’ period in history. They say that crises can be good or bad, depending on the perspective, and perhaps this time is the best possible for transformation. Over the last few years, we have completely changed the way we live and work, the way we do business, but also our view of the so-called secondary jobs in companies. Because what was once secondary has become – strategic. There is no doubt that HR is that today. Not only because there are fewer people in the labor market, but because those who remain today need a helping hand more than ever.

That is precisely why tomorrow the 6th U4HR Conference ‘5D ORGANIZATION: Sustainable Company, HR and Employees in the ESG Environment’ will be held in Zagreb at the Hilton Garden Inn. The organizers of the conference are Lider and the U4HR Association (Association for Management, Networking, Learning, and Improvement of Human Potential in Croatia), and the partners are Best Employer and MojPosao.

Interesting participants will explore the topic in detail from all sides and angles, through presentations and panels, and finally through a workshop. The conference will feature Hrvojka Kutle, president of the U4HR Association, Sanja Petek Mujačić, executive director and partner at Hauska&Partner, Mirela Kotarac, HR director, and Merica Pletikosić, sustainability manager from Cemex Hrvatska d.d., Daria Mateljak, executive partner at Hauska&Partner, Albert Gajšak, CEO of Circuit Messa, Dubravka Štefanac Vinovrški, director of corporate communications at A1 Hrvatska, Sara Petrinjak, People Operations Lead at Syntiju, Vali Marszalek, director of sustainability and ESG at Mazars, Andrijana Mušura Gabor, psychologist and behavioral scientist and collaborator of the UNICEF Office for Croatia, Szabolcs Annus, senior director of the Human Resources and Corporate Affairs Directorate, and Ines Borčić, director of the Sustainable Development Department at OTP banka d.d., and Žana Goić Petričević, Managing Director and Leadership Executive & Team Coach at Bold Leadership Culture.

For all participants, we have also prepared a workshop on the topic Leaders in the ESG Environment: 5 Key Leadership Skills for Sustainable Business, which will be moderated by Zvonimir Galić, professor at the Department of Psychology and head of the Department of Work Psychology and Ergonomics at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Zagreb, and Maja Parmač Kovačić, assistant professor at the Department of Work Psychology and Ergonomics.

Additionally, at the conference, you will have the opportunity to be part of the traditional award ceremony for the ‘Best Employer’ which MojPosao has been awarding for the 16th consecutive year. The award is the culmination of employee satisfaction research, aimed at discovering which companies are currently the best to work for in Croatia, based on the experiences and perceptions of the employees themselves. This year’s Employee Satisfaction Survey will cover about 50 companies from all sectors of the economy in private, foreign, and domestic ownership.

The conference is intended for company owners, managers, HR managers, team leaders, and anyone interested in creating and nurturing authenticity in their organizations, leaders, and employees.
