The invasion of Russia into Ukraine that began in February 2022 has caused a series of negative consequences on a global scale, particularly impacting energy and food markets. Therefore, it is not surprising that the term Ukraine was the most searched on Google, considering the uncertainties brought by the continuation of the war. For one of the most sports-oriented nations in the world, the love and passion for football remain strong. As expected, this year’s matches of the Croatian national football team, as well as the performances of the football club GNK Dinamo in the Champions League, once again prove that football is the most important secondary thing in the world.
The film “Top Gun: Maverick” has surpassed a billion dollars in box office revenue, becoming the second film, after “Spiderman“, to achieve this feat despite the pandemic, which has brought this film to the top of the most searched films, while the series Infidelity and the reality show Mr. Perfect topped the most searched TV series and reality shows, respectively.
