Connecting with the Most Powerful: Anita Letica – Perseverance is One of the Greatest Traits of Women in Business

– Perseverance is one of the greatest traits of women in business. When women believe in their goal and want to achieve it, I think they are much more persistent and consistent in their aim, regardless of how long it sometimes takes – emphasized Anita Letica, CEO of Philip Morris Zagreb, in response to the question of what traits women in business possess.

Letica is one of the most powerful women in Croatian business, and this year she will join us at the 12th Women in Business conference, which will be held on December 1st at Lauba in Zagreb.

This is not the first time she has participated in Lider’s conference dedicated to women, and ahead of last year’s conference, Letica revealed what she would whisper to her younger self, and just like other powerful women, she sends a clear message that women should not be so hard on themselves.

– I would tell myself – more self-confidence, less self-criticism. Not everything has to be perfect. Not everything has to be the best and the biggest. What I have learned through experience is that there are things I cannot, but also do not need to influence. I wish I had realized this earlier in life – said Letica.

This year, she will participate in a discussion with the 10 most powerful women in Croatian business, where she will attempt to answer the question ‘how to increase the number of women in managerial positions’?
