Former member of the Management Board of OPTIMAPHARMA Ivana Waller has been appointed as the new CEO of the company, replacing Gordana Gregurić Čičak. Waller has over 20 years of experience in clinical research and leading cross-functional and multicultural teams, having held numerous executive leadership positions. She joined OPTIMAPHARMA from Advance Clinical, where she served as Senior Vice President for Global Development and Expansion and Director for Europe, Asia, and the Pacific since 2018. Prior to that, she worked for eight years at Clinipace Worldwide as the Chief Business Officer for Europe and the Middle East, and until 2009, she was Vice President of Business Operations at MedTrials in the USA. Miguel Angel Salcedo Iglesias has become a new member of the Management Board.
PET NETWORK INTERNATIONAL has acquired ownership of the company ZVJERINJAK from Sesvete from Helena Borko, who has been replaced in the director position by Martina Babić, Neda Vuk Salaba, and Neven Predojević.
The Court Register has confirmed that the former Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Osijek’s SAPONIJA Ivan Grbešić has become a new member of the Management Board, replacing the late Mirko Grbešić. The new Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board is Marko Mikulić.
