European platform

As stated by SkyShowtime’s CEO, Monty Sarhan, the platform was created for Europe and they are happy to provide new viewers access to series and films from world-renowned studios, as well as a selection of quality entertainment from local networks.

– After successful launches across Northern Europe and Portugal, expanding into these important markets and bringing SkyShowtime to an even larger audience is an important milestone for us – said Sarhan.

SkyShowtime was first launched in Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden on September 20, and then expanded to the Netherlands and Portugal on October 25. SkyShowtime’s portfolio includes films and original series from legendary houses such as Universal Pictures, Paramount Pictures, Nickelodeon, DreamWorks Animation, Paramount+, SHOWTIME®, Sky Studios, and Peacock, and details about the program and pricing for Central and Eastern Europe will be announced just before the platform’s launch on December 14.
