Končar – Digital, an IT company of the Končar Group focused on green energy transition and digital transformation projects, has signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with the German company PSI Software, a global supplier of software solutions for monitoring and controlling processes in complex utility and industrial systems, as stated in the announcement. The agreement was signed by Dr. Goran Leci and Dr. Stjepan Sučić, the President and Member of the Management Board of Končar – Digital, and Dr. Michael Wolf, the Director of Marketing and Sales of the German company PSI Software, at the 15th Symposium on Power System Management organized by the Croatian branch of the International Council on Large Electric Systems (HRO CIGRE).
– Končar’s experts have extensive experience in successfully developing digital solutions for energy management and advanced networks, critical and urban infrastructure, and smart cities. The Strategic Business Cooperation Agreement, a combination of the portfolio of digital solutions and a joint market presence, opens new opportunities for accelerated digitalization of critical and urban infrastructure in Croatia and the region.
