Imex Bank Becomes the Nineteenth Member of HUB

Imex Bank is the new member of the Croatian Banking Association (HUB), thereby becoming an active promoter of the common interests of the banking industry. The agreement on joining HUB was signed by Zdenko Adrović, the director of HUB, and Dijana Kalinić, a member of the Management Board of Imex Bank.

As stated in the announcement, by signing the ‘Code of Good Banking Practice’, Imex Bank has confirmed its acceptance of the established business standards and open communication towards clients and banks with the aim of promoting responsibility, transparency, and professionalism in the banking profession, together with other HUB members. Imex Bank will actively participate and contribute in meetings and sessions of the committees and working groups of HUB in the future.

– Recognizing membership in the Croatian Banking Association as an added value for our credit institution, the new Management Board of Imex Bank has submitted a request to join this valuable society. Namely, being aware of the complexity of banking regulations and the demands of implementation for all banks, especially for small banks, we believe that we have taken a significant step towards bringing our employees closer to the highest standards of banking operations and the value of networking with colleagues from the banking sector – stated the member of the Management Board of Imex Bank, Dijana Kalinić.

– Imex Bank has recognized the activities of HUB and has become our nineteenth member, which greatly pleases us as we believe it will further contribute to achieving the business goals of the Association and the further development of banking in Croatia. It is an example of a quality and efficient small bank that has been operating stably for many years in our market and has a special focus on the development of the Croatian economy through support for our production and exports – stated the director of HUB, Zdenko Adrović.

As stated in the announcement, Imex Bank is fully Croatian-owned with authorizations for all types of transactions in the country and abroad. It has been on the financial market for over two decades during which it has built a quality client structure throughout Croatia. It operates with the largest economic entities in the country, as well as with smaller companies, crafts, and citizens to whom it offers a range of all financial products and services.
