Marin Zovko has left his position as a member of the Management Board of PLINACRO, where he had been since 2003, after being appointed a member of the Management Board of INA for a period of six months at the end of last month. An economist by profession with many years of management experience, he was appointed to the new position after the proposed candidate Emanuel Kovačić withdrew from that position.

Luxottica is engaged in the design, production, and distribution of fashion, luxury, and sports eyewear brands such as Ray-Ban, Oakley, Vogue Eyewear, Persol, Oliver Peoples, Arnette, Costa del Mar, and Alain Mikli, as well as licensed brands including Giorgio Armani, Burberry, Bulgari, Chanel, Coach, Dolce&Gabbana, Ferrari, Michael Kors, Prada, Ralph Lauren, Tiffany & Co., Valentino, and Versace. The Group’s wholesale distribution network covers more than 150 countries across five continents and is complemented by a wide retail network of approximately 9,200 stores. The company, based in Istrian Novigrad with about 50 employees, achieved revenues of 2 billion kuna last year.
