Marin Zovko has left his position as a member of the Management Board of PLINACRO, where he had been since 2003, after being appointed a member of the Management Board of INA for a period of six months at the end of last month. An economist by profession with many years of management experience, he was appointed to the new position after the proposed candidate Emanuel Kovačić withdrew from that position.

Luxottica is engaged in the design, production, and distribution of fashion, luxury, and sports eyewear brands such as Ray-Ban, Oakley, Vogue Eyewear, Persol, Oliver Peoples, Arnette, Costa del Mar, and Alain Mikli, as well as licensed brands including Giorgio Armani, Burberry, Bulgari, Chanel, Coach, Dolce&Gabbana, Ferrari, Michael Kors, Prada, Ralph Lauren, Tiffany & Co., Valentino, and Versace. The Group’s wholesale distribution network covers more than 150 countries across five continents and is complemented by a wide retail network of approximately 9,200 stores. The company, based in Istrian Novigrad with about 50 employees, achieved revenues of 2 billion kuna last year.

Ilan Geri has left his position as president of the Management Board of ISCAR TOOLS from Samobor, owned by the Dutch IMC INTERNATIONAL METALWORKING COMPANIES. Geri had been at the helm of the company since 2019.

Bankruptcy proceedings have been opened against the company ALPRO-ATT owned by Tonći Medić. The proceedings were initiated at the proposal of the Financial Agency due to a debt of 2.69 million kuna, and Ivan Vlaić has been appointed as the bankruptcy trustee. The creditors’ meeting, where decisions will be made based on the bankruptcy trustee’s report regarding the further course of the proceedings, is scheduled for January 17, 2023.

Predrag Međeški has left the co-ownership and has withdrawn to the position of procurator of the company AQT, while Krunoslav Bartolić and Ante Ivančević have been appointed new directors of the company.

Marko Miloš has left the co-ownership in UNDABOT. The company now has four co-owners.
