Želimir Vukina has resigned from his position as chairman and member of Podravka’s Supervisory Board and will leave these duties on November 1, the company from Koprivnica reported via the Zagreb Stock Exchange and its corporate website.
Vukina was elected as chairman of the company’s Supervisory Board on June 18, 2019.
The basis for the resignation announcement is, as stated, the provisions of the Market Abuse Regulation, the Stock Exchange Rules, and the Companies Act. Other details are not known.
