Zoran Miliša has been appointed as the CEO of ENNA OPSKRBE – a company owned by ENERGIJA NATURALIS, whose owner is Pavao Vujnovac. The previous directors of the company Antonija Glavaš and Nenad Ukropina have been appointed as new members of the Management Board.
Davor Vidaković has become a new member of the Management Board of the Vinkovci-based DILJ, replacing Dražen Ivezić, who recently left the Management Board of NEXEA, the owner of DILJ.
A shortened bankruptcy procedure has been conducted over the company ČELIK RADNICI, owned by BRODOSPLIT. The procedure was initiated on August 29 after the Financial Agency submitted a proposal for opening the procedure due to a debt of 5.1 million kuna. The company will be removed from the Court Register.
