Companies and Careers: Vrabec instead of Višković Agušaj at the helm of Holcim Croatia, two new members in the Management Board of AD Plastika…

Dario Vrabec has taken over the position of CEO of HOLCIM (CROATIA). He came to Koromačno from the position of CEO of Lactalis in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and from 2015 to 2018, he was the CEO of LEDA. Virna Višković Agušaj, after six years at the helm of HOLCIM in Croatia, has resigned and is moving to the HOLCIM GROUP. In Switzerland, she will lead research on new raw materials and processes for low-carbon cement production in the global decarbonization team.

Zlatko Bogadi and Josip Divić have become new members of the Management Board of AD PLASTIKA, while Ivan Čupić has left the company’s Management Board.

Hrvoje Šimović has been appointed as a new member of the Supervisory Board of CROATIA OSIGURANJA instead of Vlasta Pavličević.

Adel Bahtanović has become the new president of the Supervisory Board of UNIQUA OSIGURANJA instead of Nikolaj Genčev Ivanov, Boris Paličev has been appointed as his deputy instead of Georgios Bartzis, and Filip Mihajlov is the new member of the Supervisory Board instead of Andreja Stoica and Andreas Harald Ofner.

Aljaž Kovač has become the new CEO of INTEREUROPE instead of Darka Skrničkog.

The Dutch RUSSELL SQUARE HOLDING has taken ownership of the Zagreb company MEDIACOM CENTRAL EUROPE ZAGREB from the German company MEDIACOM HOLDING CENTRAL AND EASTERN EUROPE.

The municipality of Semeljci has left the ownership structure of VODOVOD OSIJEK, and Karlo Šatvar has become the new deputy chairman of the company’s Supervisory Board instead of Krešimir Trtanja.

Jurica Dujmović and Draženka Dujmović have left the ownership structure of the Zadar INTERMODA. The company now has a total of eight co-owners.

Mladen Benjak has become the chairman of the Supervisory Board of NOVOKOMA from Novi Marof instead of Kruno Antolić. Additionally, Dragutin Đakmanec, Zvonimir Puškadija, and Ivica Đurin have become new members of the Supervisory Board instead of Vinko Pošta and Zvonimir Puškadija.

Igor Gali has become a co-owner of the Vinkovci company POLION.

Bernhard Schell has left his position as a member of the Management Board of SEGRO.

Luki Bolić has been granted procuration at DI MARIS in Zadar.
