Neos, a company specialized in technologically advanced IT solutions, acquires ownership of the Zagreb-based company Inovativni trendovi, as stated in a press release.
Earlier this year, in order to strengthen its market position, Neos and SV Group joined forces. With the acquisition of the IT company Inovativni trendovi, the process of consolidation continues, creating an even stronger synergy on the path to regional leadership in the IT sector.
This increases the number of employees of the Prosperus Technology Group platform managed by the Prosperus Growth venture capital fund to 150, mostly highly educated software engineers.
– This acquisition is a natural continuation of the corporate partnership that began with SV Group, said Davorin Capan, a member of the Management Board and CEO of Neos and SV Group.
– Back in May, we announced new acquisitions, and this is the first of them. By joining Java/Kafka experts from Inovativni trendovi, we are strengthening our Software Engineering vertical with the aim of strong and quality collaboration on upcoming projects, added Capan.
