IPMA Croatia and Young Crew Croatia Reward the Best in Project Management

For the eighth consecutive year, the award ceremony for the most outstanding projects and their leaders as well as researchers – Project Management Awards is organized by IPMA Croatia and Young Crew Croatia.

This is a unique annual recognition in the Republic of Croatia that represents a significant step in the professional development of individuals in the field of project management. In addition to the previous three categories related to individuals under 35 years of age (award for the best young project manager, for the best project with a young manager, and for the best young researcher), this year two new categories have been introduced for which project professionals over 35 years of age can apply – for the best project and the best project manager.

The aim of the competition is to promote excellence and competencies of project managers, as well as to showcase outstanding projects and connect professionals in the field. It also provides a good framework for assessing one’s own abilities in the competitive environment of best practices in the project profession in the Republic of Croatia.

All applications received will be evaluated by a professional evaluation committee, an independent body that assesses applications according to criteria defined at the global level in accordance with the internationally recognized standard IPMA Competence Baseline (ICB4) and makes decisions about the winners of the competition.

The award ceremony will be held in the Emerald Hall of the Esplanade Zagreb Hotel on the last Tuesday before Christmas, December 20, 2022.
