The government proposes Marina Zovka as a member of the INA Management Board, who is currently a member of the Plinacro Management Board, it was announced by the government.
The government, as stated, today at a telephone session adopted a conclusion proposing to the Supervisory Board of INA to appoint Marina Zovka, an economist by profession with several years of management experience, as a member of the management board, until the appointment of management board members through a public competition, for a period of no longer than six months.
It is added that in the process of selecting candidates, the Commission for Deciding on Conflicts of Interest was also consulted, which, based on the request and submitted documentation, in accordance with the Law on Preventing Conflicts of Interest, gave its consent.
Today’s government proposal comes after one of its candidates for a member of the INA Management Board – Emanuel Kovačić, withdrew from the proposed candidacy a week ago.
At that time, it was decided that the government would submit a new proposal to the Supervisory Board of INA for the appointment of a management board member.
