Companies and Careers: Bankruptcy Concluded for Three Brodosplit Companies, Again a New Director for Ghetaldus Optika…

The bankruptcy proceedings for the Split companies ČELIK RADNICI, OPREMANJE BRODOVA, and ZAŠTITA TRUPA OD KOROZIJE have been concluded, and the companies will be removed from the Court Register. The proceedings were initiated at the proposal of the Financial Agency due to debts of 5.1 million kuna, 5.3 million kuna, and 838.7 thousand kuna. The companies are owned by BRODOSPLIT, a company that is part of the DIV Group, which entered pre-bankruptcy proceedings in May due to unpaid obligations amounting to 41.69 million kuna.

Nives Šeremet has become the new director of GHETALDUS OPTIKE, replacing Tee Pogačić, who held the position for less than two months. Šeremet was a manager at ESILOR OPTICI for eight years.

Paolo Cavallari has become the new president of the Supervisory Board of LIPIK GLASA, replacing Gregorija Napoleonea, while Marco Rondelli has become the vice president, replacing Aureliena Sacha Romaina Benoita.

NEVA from Sveta Nedelja has reduced its share capital from 50.9 million kuna to 23.6 million kuna.

The company LUCA has entered the ownership structure of the Split company ULTRA, and Inga Tomašević has left it. Additionally, the former board member Emil Tomašević has become its president, while Luka Šangulin and Hrvoje Katičić are its members. Michaël Botić has left the company’s board.

Dušan Vučković has become a new member of the Supervisory Board of Split’s IMEX BANK.

Gregor Drobne has been appointed as the new director of kalinovečka MEHANIZACIJA MILER, replacing Martine Bubalo.

Alen Čibarić has taken over co-ownership in Split’s RUDAR, replacing Paška Palića, and the director position, replacing Ane Palić.

Snježana Cjepanica has become a new member of the Supervisory Board of the company BAOTIĆ, replacing Ante Duvančića.

The former board member of the Križevci company STROJREM, Franc Jezeršek, has been appointed as the new president of the company’s board, replacing Ivan Knežević, while Josip Nemčić has become a new board member.
