Tifon Provides Financial Assistance to Its Employees

To mitigate the effects of inflation, the Management of Tifon has decided to provide financial assistance to employees amounting to 5 percent of their basic monthly gross salary for a period of six months. Assistance is secured for approximately 500 Tifon employees, who will receive the first part of the payment in September and the second in December 2022. With this measure, Tifon, a leading brand of premium gas stations, continues to care for the well-being of its employees and justify their trust, for which it was previously recognized and awarded the Employer Partner certificate.

– “Our employees are the key to our successful business, therefore at Tifon we continuously work to ensure the best possible working conditions and the satisfaction of our employees. We are aware of the negative consequences that rising inflation has on income and financial security.  Already during 2022, we invested funds to increase the net salaries of our employees at sales points, and  we made the decision on financial assistance  as support for employees to help them better navigate the upcoming period –   stated Siniša Komnenović, CEO of Tifon.

In addition to the basic salary, Tifon employees are entitled to additional payments throughout the year through Christmas bonuses, Easter bonuses, and monetary and anniversary awards. There are also employee discounts, life insurance, paid leave for parents of first graders on the first day of school, and numerous other

benefits, as well as the opportunity for further professional development through internal training and education, as well as individual coaching and mentoring programs.

Tifon markets its products and services in the Croatian market at 50 gas stations, and offers exclusively additive fuels to customers on the go at its sales points.
