It seems that time is running out for some members of the Management Board of INA, as the recall of Niko Dalić, Barbara Dorić, and Darko Markotić was proposed at today’s government session. According to the statement from the closed part of the session, a conclusion was reached proposing the recall of the mentioned members to the Supervisory Board of INA.
Dalić has been with the company’s Management Board since 2011, Dorić since 2020, and Markotić from 2008 to 2009, and then again since 2020.
Additionally, Sándor Fasimon offered his resignation as the CEO of INA yesterday, although he claims he was not involved in any of the illegal activities that have recently emerged around INA.
Furthermore, the Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development, Davor Filipović, emphasized several times yesterday after a meeting with representatives of MOL that the entire Management Board must be dismissed.
– There is no need for too much explanation. We have a situation of a major corporate scandal. It is only logical that the entire Management Board should go, and that is what we will insist on – the minister stated yesterday at a press conference.
