Companies and Careers: Major Changes in Finvest Corp, Huljev Replaces Čižmar at the Helm of the Supervisory Board of Villa Dubrovnik…

Co-owner and CEO of PAN PARKETA from Čačinac, Daniel Smiljanić, has replaced Silvijo Galić in the position of member of the Management Board of FINVEST CORP from Čabra. This occurred after PAN PARKET acquired the company, purchasing a majority stake of 70.77 percent of shares (53.08 percent from Denis Fudurić and 17.69 percent from Galić). The Commercial Register still lists Fudurić as the president of the Supervisory Board, although he announced on LinkedIn that he is no longer in that position.

This acquisition is a continuation of the acquisitions after the Austrian holding VARISO (which temporarily follows Austrian financial institutions and owners in Croatia) first took over DRVOPROIZVOD from Jastrebarsko in February, and at the beginning of March, the majority stake in PAN PARKET. VARISO’s owners are the company GOLLNER TEXTIL (50 percent) and Oleg Uskoković and Reno Budić (25 percent each).

The former member of the Supervisory Board of VILLA DUBROVNIK, Krešimir Huljev, is the new president of the Supervisory Board, replacing Sanja Čižmar. Melita Šifter Mlinar has entered the Supervisory Board in her place.

Petar Luburić has exited co-ownership and management in the company OŠTRICE, which is now exclusively owned by PROJEKT GRUŽ, and Mato Bračić remains the sole member of the Management Board.
