VINCI Energies signed an agreement on August 10, 2022, to acquire a significant portion of the IT services business segment from Kontron AG – formerly S&T AG.
The acquisition agreement pertains to subsidiaries in Germany, Switzerland, as well as in nine other countries including Croatia.
VINCI Energies S.A., through its brand Axians, is a global information and communication technology company that belongs to the French group VINCI.
This acquisition will enable VINCI Energies to strengthen its position in the European ICT market by integrating an additional €360 million in annual revenue and 1,600 employees across 11 countries.
