The change of management at LIPIK GLAS has been confirmed in the Commercial Register. The CEO Marco Rani resigned back in September 2021, and production director Dorian Knapić took over the leading position on April 27. On that day, management board member Marco Rondelli, also resigned, and was replaced by Pierluigi Brunello.
Dubravko Karačić has been appointed as the new president of the Supervisory Board of the CITY HOUSING UTILITY COMPANY, which is owned by ZAGREB HOLDING, replacing Boris Sesar, while Roberta Čupić has been appointed as the vice president of the Supervisory Board of the company instead of Matija Subašić-Maras, who, along with Sesar, became a member of the management board of ZAGREB HOLDING last year. Additionally, Kristina Šalković replaced Sesar as the president of the SUPERVISORY BOARD of ZAGREBAČKI PLAKATI, in which ZAGREB HOLDING holds a majority stake of 51 percent.
Following ownership changes, the company MARINADA has changed its name to AMMA GRUPA, Boris Ćupurdija has become a member of the management board, and Slavko Mađarić has replaced Ratko Habus as a member of the company’s Supervisory Board.
