Companies and Careers: Management Change at Lipik Glas Confirmed, Marinada Renamed to Amma Group…

The change of management at LIPIK GLAS has been confirmed in the Commercial Register. The CEO Marco Rani resigned back in September 2021, and production director Dorian Knapić took over the leading position on April 27. On that day, management board member Marco Rondelli, also resigned, and was replaced by  Pierluigi Brunello.

Dubravko Karačić has been appointed as the new president of the Supervisory Board of the CITY HOUSING UTILITY COMPANY, which is owned by ZAGREB HOLDING, replacing Boris Sesar, while Roberta Čupić has been appointed as the vice president of the Supervisory Board of the company instead of Matija Subašić-Maras, who, along with Sesar, became a member of the management board of ZAGREB HOLDING last year. Additionally, Kristina Šalković replaced Sesar as the president of the SUPERVISORY BOARD of ZAGREBAČKI PLAKATI, in which ZAGREB HOLDING holds a majority stake of 51 percent. 

Following ownership changes, the company MARINADA has changed its name to AMMA GRUPA, Boris Ćupurdija has become a member of the management board, and Slavko Mađarić has replaced Ratko Habus as a member of the company’s Supervisory Board.

Mile Perić, who has been a member of the Supervisory Board of JADROLINIJA since 2017, has been appointed as the vice president of the Supervisory Board of the company.

Robert Maček has been appointed as the new director of the company PAMETNA ENERGIJA instead of Ivana Ivkovića.

Maja Vuk has become the new vice president of the Supervisory Board of the company OPREMA-STROJEVI from Ludbreg instead of Stjepana Grabarića, while Miro Hrženjak has replaced Alenku Zlatar Grabarić as a member of the Supervisory Board.

Tihana Leko-Šabić has become a new member of the Supervisory Board of BARANJSKI VODOVOD from Beli Manastir instead of Željka Pergera.

Lidija Kozina has become the new vice president of the Supervisory Board of the company IVKOM from Ivanec instead of Igora Tompića, who has also left the company’s Management Board.

After the Cypriot company EMMA GAMMA LIMITED acquired a stake in VOX-ZAGREB from EMMA GAMMA ADRIATICA, the company has changed its name to SPORT 360.

Katarina Čulić has been granted procuration at the ČULIĆ ELECTRO CENTER in Solin.
