Emil Tedeschi Transfers All His Shares in Atlantic Group to Myberg

Emil Tedeschi has contractually transferred all his shares, which constitute 50.2 percent of the equity capital of Atlantic Group, to the company Myberg, which he recently founded and is wholly owned by him. This has legally changed the ownership structure of Atlantic Group, which is now owned by Myberg, but no de facto change has occurred, as Tedeschi remains the majority owner of the company he also leads.

In a notice sent to investors, Atlantic Group stated that Tedeschi established Myberg with a contribution of just over 1.5 million kuna. The newly established company will manage a portfolio that includes shares of Atlantic Group, and in the future, it will also take care of other personal and family investments of Emil Tedeschi.
