"In the aforementioned text, I do not understand the connection between Mr. Božo Lukanović and myself, and whether the part of the text about me was actually written so that your readers would read the text about Mr. Lukanović at all. Your text contains inaccurate information, starting from the claim that I am the most powerful entrepreneur in Šibenik, to the assertion that ‘I am not open to the media.’ I would also ask your journalist, or journalists, to clarify what it means to be open to the media. Then the epithet ‘controversial’ – what do you allude to in that part of the text?
Furthermore, your text contains a completely inaccurate statement that Jolly auto line ‘Disappeared on the ruins of Euroline of Milorad Radovanović Brace, and from that time judicial tails are still dragging.’
Namely, Jolly auto line d.o.o. is a trading company that did not arise from anyone’s ‘ruins,’ but is a reputable trading company established by a founding statement dated November 26, 2012, and has absolutely no connection with the company you mention in the disputed article. At the same time, Jolly auto line d.o.o. has no judicial tails.
In this regard, we propose that in accordance with the Media Act, especially Articles 40, 41, 42, etc. of the same Act, you publish a correction of the information, or an apology of the following content:
– The claim published in the text of July 7, 2022, by journalists Goran Litvan and Aleksandar Tešić titled ‘The Most Powerful Entrepreneurs in Šibenik – Eccentric Jolly and Mysterious Lukanović’ that the company Jolly auto line d.o.o. arose on the ruins of Euroline of Milorad Radanović Brace, and from that time judicial tails are still dragging is inaccurate.
Namely, the company Jolly auto line d.o.o. was established by a founding statement dated November 26, 2012, and is not a legal successor of the company Euroline d.o.o., Zagreb, nor does it have any connection with that company. Also, Jolly auto line d.o.o. has no tails, especially not judicial ones."
