Split Tech City organizes the Technology and Entrepreneurship Festival again this year

The second Technology and Entrepreneurship Festival organized by the Split Tech City association will take place at the Summer Cinema Bačvice from September 7 to 9. Following last year’s success, the organizers have decided to expand the program this year, which will last for three days, with lectures on the third day being in English.

– This year we are celebrating the successes of local entrepreneurs. Split is full of creative and capable people who are making significant changes through their work. We want everyone to hear about such individuals and such attitudes, and we would love for visitors to be inspired by entrepreneurial ventures that leave a positive impact on the entire community. We would be happy if everyone incorporated giving and openness into their work, if we all looked forward – said Toni Trivković, president of the Split Tech City association.

Although the program has not yet been announced, all available early bird tickets have already been sold, and besides the beautiful ambiance and essential networking, the organizers are also announcing top-notch content.

– We will bring people who have something to say. We will talk about topics that should be important to all of us, about what should be on the front pages every day. We will not only talk about successes because success is not linear or final; we want to celebrate the lessons learned along the way – added Trivković.

The program will be announced in the coming weeks, and for now, it is known that the hosting role will be taken by Josip Škiljo, a Split stand up comedian. The festival will open with a FuckUp panel featuring well-known names from the Split tech scene, Mateo Perak, Kristijan Luburić, Marin Varvodić, and Branko Šegedin. The first announced speaker is Luka Šipić, owner of the Split PR agency Vrh komunikacije, who will give a lecture titled ‘How to Build a Good Company Reputation’.

Tickets are available on the platform Entrio.
