Companies and Careers: New Directors at Wollsdorf Components, Operta Replaces Sesara on the Supervisory Board of Apis…

Michael Walter Schmidt and Ulrich Helmut Schmidt have been appointed as new directors of WOLLSDORF COMPONENTS, while the main manager of the parent company Andreas Kindermann, who started production in Jalžabet in 2013, has left the management of operations in Croatia.

Tatjana Operta has become the new deputy chairperson of the Supervisory Board of APIS IT, replacing Boris Sesara, who has been a member of the Management Board of ZAGREBAČKI HOLDING since last year.

Luka Zrinski has become the new deputy chairperson of the Supervisory Board of TERMOPLIN in Varaždin, replacing Zlatko Horvat, while Gordana Marsenić, Marko Bosilj, and Snježana Sever have replaced the previous members of the Supervisory Board, Josip Dreven, Mario Lešina, and Željko Kušter.

Rainer Hager and Markus Springl have been appointed as new members of the Supervisory Board of WÜSTENROT STAMBENE ŠTEDIONICE.

Russian BIOGAZ has taken ownership of the gregurovečka company BIOEN from Artem Kazin, Đurđa Jakovljev, and Janez Cerar. Following the change of ownership, Aleksej Zinovjev has been appointed as the new CEO, which Kazin and Jakovljev have left, while Cerar remains a member of the Management Board.

Dragutin Posavec has been appointed as a new member of the Supervisory Board of VIS KONFEKCIJE in Varaždin, replacing Eduard Stubić.
